ELOTE DIP

Probably the easiest dip you'll ever make. Watch the video here.

  • 16 ounces cream cheese

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 2 cups shredded Mexican 4cheese

  • 4 ears roasted corn

  • 4 ounces Cojita Cheese

  • 2 tablespoons red onion chopped

  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped

Combine all ingredients but cilantro and cotija.

Bake at 375 for 15 min, then broil for 5 to get it nice and golden!

Top with fresh cilantro and cotija cheese. Add hot sauce if you're a fan.
